Senior Sales and Operations Manager

Job Description : SENIOR SALES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER UAE · o Senior Manager – Sales & Operations will be responsible for sales revenue – budgeting, planning and execution. o Developing contacts and client base amongst large scale public and private sector companies. o Responsible for tailoring product and solutions from existing portfolio that would suit the client base. o Bid for tenders on projects that would require digital transformation expertise. o Prior experience of working with technology aggregator companies. o Art of negotiation and managing key stakeholder relationships. o Prior experience in smart city, smart center kind of projects would be an advantage. Operations (30%) – · o Lead, manage & oversee the operations of the sales team o Defining sales process steps to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins o Playing a key role in sales and operations planning (S&OP), a process where executives continuously align diverse functions in an organization o Interpreting analytics and research for the company’s understanding o Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy and “hit the numbers o Prepare reports and ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for customers. o Analyze all continuous up gradation process through various proactive self initiated projects and ensure efficiency. o Majorly responsible for the increasing sales for the organization along with overlooking the operations of the sales team. · Job Requirements: · o B2B focused – candidate must have good client network within the public and government sector. o Have a proven track record of sale in the Digital Technologies, Cloud Systems, Corporate Enterprise Solutions and Customer System Integration fields. o Minimum experience of 12-14 YEARS or more in this field and should have current experience of working with leading government and public sector companies. o Understanding of IoT, Digital Transformation and AI is a must o Person with Arabic Knowledge preferred. AED 30 – 40K
