Regional Sales Manager

Job Description : RSM KSA FOR CHEMICAL SALES 15-20 years experience Roles and Responsibilities One of the largest privately owned chemical companies in Saudi Arabia, supporting Saudi Industrial and Consumer markets by providing high quality chemicals. The company owns two Chlor Alkali plants in Saudi Arabia and are looking to hire sales team for their regional offices across the country. Please go through the position details below: 15+ Years of Experience in: Sales – • Generate new enquiries, work out technical solution, prepare commercial pricing offer, finalize & execute orders. • To follow up with the client for execution of the order till the payment is collected. • Attend bidding and final negotiations with customers. Review Technical Proposal/Checklist, Commercial Proposal/Checklist. • Frequent and structured client interaction including sales visits. • Keep close track to achieve the budget and take necessary actions. Forecast business outlook in short & long term. Procurement & Supply Chain – • End to end negotiation & closure. Should be a tough negotiator. Should have experience of mutually beneficial deals for all parties. • To source out new / alternate reliable supplier, introduce new product & approve them with client’s technical department. Market Intelligence – • Well versed with latest Industry related marketing trends and good experience in tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for the prospect supply of new line of business. • Gather and examine information about the market, competitors and processing technology and consolidate them into business information useful to convert it into revenue. Business Development – • To identify new customers for existing/new products and develop plans to support the growth of existing customers. • To bring the new business by targeting new market segments in the field of Chemicals, Petrochemical. • Initiate & identify current and future customer needs and convert them to revenue. B.tech chemical or equivalent
