Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD DUBAI FOR CHEMICAL SALES 15-20 years experience One of the largest privately owned chemical companies in Saudi Arabia, supporting Saudi Industrial and Consumer markets by providing high quality chemicals. The company owns two Chlor Alkali plants in Saudi Arabia and are looking to hire sales team for their regional offices across the country. Please go through the position details below: We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to lead Chemical Sales of one of the regions of our Saudi Arabia business and setup and lead a team of 6-12 members. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organization in other geographical areas other than UAE (including African region). The incumbent will get an opportunity to setup the business by maintaining a steady relationship with current customers and simultaneously look for new markets to expand to achieve company’s vision going forward. Being one the earliest member to launch the country operations, he shall have significant contribution in sales, procurement and operations strategy for the country’s business. • Own & grow the Sales pipeline for Chemical Business with end-to-end responsibility of Sales & Key Account Management, partly owning the P&L for International Business • Keep close track to achieve the budget and take necessary actions. Forecast business outlook in short & long term • Attend bidding and final negotiations with customers. Review Technical Proposal/Checklist, Commercial Proposal/Checklist. • Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement • Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth • Liaise with the team to monitor the progress on regional customers • Build the new business and gradually build a sales and business development team for regional operations (as per the business requirements) • End to end negotiation & closure. Should be a tough negotiator. Should have experience of mutually beneficial deals for all parties. • Monitor and govern business metrics like revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, revenue per headcount, account receivables etc.
