Commercial Director

Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR KSA with a proven track-record of overseeing the commercial activities on large mixed developments across the Middle East to join a leading international consultancy on a large program in Saudi Arabia. Candidates applying for this experience must have a minimum 18+ years postgraduate experience, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and must be chartered. Responsibilities: • Risk management to procurement, financial reporting and managing the supply chain. • Financial management of projects, budget and cost control for the overall programme. • Claims Management — review, identify and track causes, check validity, assess time and cost impacts and make recommendations to the client. • Contract Management and Administration including the supervision, review, monitoring, evaluation and reporting contracts. • Among the qualities such individuals must possess are strong commercial awareness, strong client liaison skills and team leadership. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering • MRICs • 18+ years experience in commercial management
