Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA FOR CARTONS Responsible for ensuring that the Facilities and Machinery in the Factory run to their maximum efficiency and output. The role includes achieving set targets for each machines, keeping the floor and machines neat and clean, making all production related documents, Reducing breakdowns, floor management and Cost reduction. People management will be a key responsibility. Lead the Factory Production function, executing the plans given by the planner. Responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of the plan Increase Operational effectiveness, reduce down times on the machine, maintaining the quality parameters, Manage and execute improvement and cost reduction plans. Adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental regulations Establish SOPs, implement continuous improvement plans through training, good work practices and processes. Desired Profile (Man Specifications) Graduate Degree with 20 plus years experience in handling the production activities of large corrugation factory. Willing To Relocate On Single Status Extensive production, quality, exposure, Proven man manager Extensive exposure to preprint activities, Multi-color flexo printing.
