Job Description : COUNTRY SALES MANAGER TOGO Assist in initial set up in Togo as required. Opening of bank accounts. • Assist in Identifying Warehouse for storage of good and office space also negotiating rent and other terms and condition for leasing of warehouse and office space. • Also arrange for appointment of employees for accounts and warehouse. • Identify transitor for Import clearance and negotiate financial as well as other terms and condition. • Developing Strategy and annual plan for sales of rice Togo / Senegal in co-ordination/ approval with immediate Supervisor. • To have continuous connection with all the market participants so that we can gather all the market Information. • Develop the strategy to build the brand in TogoAlso Develop strong distribution network for Rice in Togo • Connect with existing customer and also liaise with new customer and distributor, Also need to raise requisition for quantity of goods required for selling. • Developing SOPS and controlling operations, banking transactions and accounting activities. • Negotiate with the Distributors/Customer for the sale of Rice. Ensure smooth delivery of the commodities to the customer with completion of required documentation. Ensure the payment from clients is received before the delivery of goods. • Maintain records of every sale - quantity delivered, available quantity with TORQ, invoices of each trade for periodic reconciliations with the internal teams (Finance, Procurement) as well as with the clients • Maintain and send- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Reports of Sales. Maintain and send weekly- stock/inventory reports Maintain and send - Local market reports on prices and stocks. • Responsible for Profit and loss of rice division at Togo/Senegal. • Report to the concerned supervisor regarding the performance of the division also report cost and Profit matrix on Month on month basis • Also report variance in selling price for different customer segment to division head. • Minimize the holding period of stock in the warehouse. MBA with 10-15 years of experience into Sales of Rice commodity
