Senior Planning Engineer

Job Description : Senior Planner/Planning Engineer Sobha Constructions LLC, Dubai are looking for Senior. Planner/Planning Engineer. with Bachelor. of Engineering in Civil. Must possess minimum 7 years of experience for Senior Plannee and minimum 2 years of experience for Planning Engineer in the field of Civil/MEP construction work Roles and Responsibilities: • Baseline management, resource loading and analysis, progress update and cash foss integration based on earned value methods • Establish and define any job — oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them • Progress/performance evaluation and reporting • Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary • Ensure that planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with Project Coordination Procedures • Liaise with all othee departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure time plans are updated to reflect latest information • Coordinate with all the stake holders to resolve project related issues
