Resources Manager

Job Description : Resource Mobilization Manager for O & M (operations & Maintenance) for Hofincons (a division of Quess Corp). Incumbent should have hands on experience in mobilization of manpower PAN India for Ferrous & Non-Ferrous divisions, Power Plants, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Ports etc. Should have 10 -12 years of experience in the field with ground knowledge of mobilization through different sources. Should be an MBA / Engineering Graduate. Should assist in Business Development Team in making successful bids by reliable inputs on manpower costings.
