Assistant General Manager

Job Description : Deputy General Manager BANGLADESH who will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Sales & Marketing within the organization. By understanding the industry and economic trends, he/she will be able to forecast for the trends accurately and lead the team strategies for success. Responsibilities ➢ Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies to achieve business and Sales goals. ➢ Provide coaching to Sales and Marketing managers on company’s strategies. ➢ Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals. ➢ Provide forecasts to leadership for Sales and Marketing organizations. Qualifications ➢ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field. ➢ Minimum 15+ years’ experience in reputed FMCG/Pharmaceuticals Industry. ➢ High level of language proficiency (English and Bangla–both verbal and written). ➢ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point).
