Job Description : CFO INDIA FOR CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING The Group (About the Group) / The Organization : one of the leading Chemical Manufacturing companies - a leader in their field- with presence / sales in India & overseas, Targeting to triple their turnover in the next 5 years. The company is a progressive professionally managed family owned group The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) : As the CFO : - Handle all facets of Finance, Accounts, MIS, Taxation, Project Management, JVs, PE investments, Investor Relations, ERP etc. - Be one of the anchors for the planned growth to triple turnover in 5 years The Person (Candidate Details): i) Age : 42-48 yrs ii) CA ( plus CS or ICWA preferred) iii) Currently CFO of a 1000+ cr operation iv) Experience of working Manufacturing organization.- preferably in process industry - Chemicals, Pharma - v) Costing & Pricing - including for exports vi) Fund raising ( POE / Public issue ) vii) Fund management, Banking, Investor relations viii) Hands on experience in ERP ix) Strong Leadership and Organization Skills x) Excellent Communication and People skills Work Experience : 20 - 30 yrs Job Location : Mumbai
