Job Description : CHIEF SALES OFFICER SINGAPORE a financial services firm with operations in more than 50 countries and employs close to 150,000 staff. They provide financial and risk solutions to a wide range of industries that includes automotive, consumer electronics and retail. One of their business segments is actively looking to expand its presence in consumer electronics, consumer goods and retail domain in Singapore. As part of this growth strategy, they are looking for a Chief Sales Officer, Singapore. Job Description Reporting to the Country Head - SEA, the Chief Sales Officer, Singapore will be measured on the following criteria: · New client acquisition · Sales effectiveness · Leadership and Cross-Functional Teamwork Besides leading pitches to drive high acquisition of accounts with strategic value, you will: · Identify long term opportunities for growth in line with the business strategy · Open doors to new regional clients within consumer electronics, travel and retail · Work closely with business unit heads, regional teams to understand opportunities to cross sell and ensure delivery is excellent · Lead the negotiation of regional agreements originating in Singapore The Successful Applicant The successful Chief Sales Officer, Singapore will need to demonstrate the following skills: · MBA or a relevant discipline from a reputed university · 12 years or more in B2B sales, ideally in a consulting environment (B2B) · Established C-level contacts in consumer electronics, consumer goods and retail industry · Excellent presentation, consultative sales and negotiation skills · Some travel is required for this role
