Job Description : Leading Freight Forwarding firm is looking to hire for their Dubai office: Operations Manger (Freight Forwarding & NVOCC experience) Key responsibilities : · Capability to handle freight enquiries, quotations, and coordination with local and international clients. · Experience in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines, overseas agents feeder operators. · Proficiency in handling MNC clients and execution of time bound & critical sea/air shipments. · Coordination with customers, overseas network partners & feeder Operators on day to day basis. Minimum Requirement: · 10 – 15 years of experience in customer service & Operations in a reputed freight forwarding or NVOCC company with atleast 5 years in leadership roles
