Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : Chief Financial Officer [CFO] for a Food Manufacturing Company Job Location - Dubai Providing leadership, direction and management of the sales, finance and accounting team. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting and processes. Advising on long-term business and financial planning. Establishing and developing relations with the senior management and external partners and stakeholders. Reviewing all formal finance, sales, HR and IT-related procedures. Strong ERP and Spread sheet skills are essential. To establish and maintain lines of communication with investment bankers, financial analysts, and shareholders. To establish and execute programs for the provision of capital required by the company, including negotiating the procurement of debt and equity capital and maintaining the required financial arrangements. Responsible for overseeing the budget process, collecting the inputs, and comparing the company s actual performance with estimates (the budget). Requirements: • 12-15 years of progressively responsible professional experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. • Master s Degree in Accounting / Finance, CA / CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred
