You should be: · Driven by financial growth and winning. · Has at least 10yrs Senior Management / Senior Business · Development experience within the UAE event & live communications · industry. · Ability to lead from the front and role sleeves up to personally make it happen · via proactive networking and relationship building. · Professional appearance and attitude at all times. · Able to represent at the highest level of government and private sector · relationships. · Lead and Support team on pitches to clients. · Proficiency in English language is priority with an understanding or at least · personal connection with Arabic culture a necessity. · Operate and come from a place of authenticity and integrity. · Ability to forecast with at least an 80% success rate.
