Commercial Manager

Job Description : Sales/Commercial Manager who has experience working in Manpower outsourcing in Facility Management sector in UAE. Responsibilities:- *Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the Deal” *Present information related to recruiting and staffing services and utilize business development strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growth. *Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customer’s relationship within the commercial FM industry. *Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals. *Generate project/business opportunities and RFP’s through customer contact to meet company’s business plans and growth strategies. *Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments. *Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations. *Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed. *Liaise internally with other departments such as, Operation, Finance, and Human Resources.
