15 yearsJob Description : REGIONAL SALES MANAGER TANZANIA MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY • To achieve of all targets for his/her region. • Handle a large no. of distributors and hands on the IDC/rural distribution. • Daily Sales performance evaluation by route/beat on-production, product mix, volume of sales etc. • Setting the target and managing the ASM, ISO, SO & distributors & achieving the same with the help of team • Review the achievement on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. • Handling the wholesale business independently. • Know how to volume building block under highly competitive market. • Effective implementation of trade marketing activities for sufficient/optimum lifting the sales in his region. REQUIREMENTS • Qualification: MBA, BBA (major in Marketing) or Masters in commerce. • Be years' relevant working experience in FMCG industry. • Strong sales exposure in retail distribution and whole sale business, with prior experience in supervision level in the consumer products market. • Able to get along with others and be a team-player. • Positive attitude to work under pressure and should be a target driven person.
