Job Description : MARKETING HEAD UAE FOR INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING Industry - Industrial Packaging industry (MUST Have) Working experience in the Middle East region is highly prefered. Objective To achieve business growthby ensuring customers are delighted by proactively understanding their stated and unstated needs. This is to be achieved through Strategic planning to achieve the set targets through regular monitoring of sales team in achieving the targets Taking strategic decisions in pricing, credit facility to customers Drawing out a road map for growth Competition analysis, market trends and actions required to maintain market leadership This role is also responsible for the annual budget plan for each product line based on company’s goals for market share, market size and estimated growth in the industry. Key Responsibilities Preparing the Strategic Plan/Road map for the year Assess the current internal and external environments to determine the best strategies for the organization Work closely with the CEO to arrive at an accurate estimate of industry growth by providing data from customers, market intelligence, competitor analysis etc., Execution of high level plan into operational planning and action items Conduct market trend analysis by reviewing actions taken by competition and arriving at ways to counter the same Deployment of plan with the team and managing marketing operations Conduct analysis of budget Vs. Sales figure, follow up on monthly sales plan, slow moving and non-moving & collection targets Review customer complaints, team performance, consumption levels of large volume customers and develop systems for monitoring Customer Management Manage all aspects of planning and monitoring to ensure that the customer expectations are met and excelled Review customer complaints, corrective action, plan for customer retention and enhanced relations with newer ones Achievement of Turnover targets and receivables management Initiate, monitor and implement various activities/tasks that may be required to achieve target in financial terms Design long term plans to maintain top line and bottom line of the company Review data on each customer on their credit value and credit period MIS and Reviews Conduct periodical internal review meetings to synchronize sales plan, customer requirements and production plan Ensure robust processes and service level agreements are followed within the team Participating in Tenders Conduct assessment of competition by analysing data procured from various sources, assess the impact of competition’s quote Review the tender document to understand tender clauses and to vet information entered by the officer Subordinate Development Education- Post Graduation specialization in Marketing. A degree in Engineering will be an added advantage. Work Experience- Minimum of 18 - 20 years Knowledge - Hard Packaging Industry-material Market (competitors, their strengths & weaknesses, their strategies etc.) Geo-political issues, dollar movement and its impact on the market Advertising campaigns, below the line activities, media planning etc.
