Group General manager 

Job Description : GROUP GM BEVERAGES a diversified business conglomerate in East and West Africa. Job Profile: Overseeing daily business operations. Formulating policies, improving administration processes and managing operational costs. Engagement with vendors, customers, investors, government and stakeholders. Implementation and communication of health, safety and environmental policies. Developing and implementing growth strategies. Creating and managing budgets. Improving revenue. Evaluating performance and productivity. Analyzing accounting and financial data. Researching and identifying growth opportunities. Identifying and communicating risks and opportunities to the Board of Directors. Provide appropriate information to board members throughout the year to effectively assess company issues, strategies, implementation, and other performance outcomes. Team management, hiring and training employees. Candidate Profile: Qualification: MBA in Marketing & Retail Management/ Business Leadership courses. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering will give an added advantage. Experience: The successful candidate should have the overall knowledge of Beverage Plant, Production/Technical knowledge, Team Management and planning, ensuring the profitability of the business and build up the brand image. Around 21-27 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing organization preferably in Beverages (Juice, Carbonated Drinks, Energy Drinks, Water & Soda, Sauces, Snacks etc.) with adequate experience of operational, sales and marketing, and making business into a profit centre. African experience would be preferred.
