Retail Operations Head

Job Description : Head- Retail Operations, for Consumer Durable & Home Appliances Retail chain. GHANA Minimum 10 years experience in managing end to end operations of Retail Business. Being familiar with Consumer Durable goods ( electronics) is desirable. Having experience preferably from West Africa Market will an be added advantage. Job responsibilities # Draw a strategic roadmap in line with co.'s objectives and ensure its effective implementation # Should maintain a strict control of Top line and Bottom line business performance in volume and value terms, holistic P&L responsibility # Manage partnership with internal and external customers. The person must have commercial acumen to ensure profitable growth of sales of the business , mature & passionate about People & Business. Position is based at Accra,Ghana with a bachelor visa status. Salary as per industry standards with tax free expat and local salary components including accomodation and regular expat benefits .
