Job Description : International Business Head INDIA who can provide executive leadership with overall responsibilities for establishing and driving business in the overseas markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong proven profit and loss focus for a premier FMCG company/ brand within the Personal care space, company managing revenue of 1000Cr plus, launching new products, and a track record of leading companies through rapid and profitable growth, with deep understanding of International Business Operations and different regional markets. A strong "people person," able to mentor subordinate managers and to harmonize fast-paced, collaborative operations environment. This role is based out of Gurgaon. Job Description The chosen candidate would directly report to the Business Head. He would be responsible for the following: · Define, execute and deliver the business strategic plans & expansion strategies into international markets · To identify categories to play in and create products & propositions to win in the markets · New Customer acquisition, drive ROI from business plans · Drive volume, revenue and efficiencies through appropriate marketing channels · To enhance awareness and visibility about the organization in various international forums The Successful Applicant · The successful applicant should be have at least 15-20 years of experience in International Business for established FMCG companies · Excellent new business development orientation coupled with the capabilities to cultivate current relationships for business growth · MBA from Top B School Only - Batches 2000/01/02/03/04/05 only · Experienced executive management in a 24X7 operational environment · Superior organizational, analytical, and numerical skills · Highly energetic and outgoing style
