General Manager

Job Description : GM OMAN A leading apparel manufacturer is looking for a General Manager in Oman to lead the overall business and grow market share. Key Responsibilities: · Provide leadership to the core Management team for developing a structured growth plan, implementation of the plan and for steering the course to achieve the desired results · Provide leadership for the total corporate and industrial governance system · Establish production procedures that will maximize production and contribute to the overall growth of the company with high morale amongst employees · Continuously monitor the morale of the employees and initiate corrective steps · Contribute to the development of a progressive financial budget in line with the growth plan projected · Review budget, revenue, expense, etc to ensure stable and strong fund management Requirements: · Management experience in the retail/apparel sector · History in overseeing production procedures · Preferably from a sales or marketing background · The candidate has to be based in Oman or has no objections to relocating there
