Job Description : BUSINESS MANAGER SE ASIA, OCEANIA FOR DABUR OUT OF DUBAI Education University Degree (Essential) MBA – Marketing ( Full time) Essential ( Batch of 2001/ 2002) Experience18-20 years of Work experience Leadership · To develop and implement a successful business strategy for Emerging Markets which is consistent with the overall strategy and objectives of Dabur. · Develop and implement a long term country specific strategy for the region consistent with the strategic imperatives of Dabur International. · Overall P&L responsibility for the region. · Sales budget-Achieving sales budget for the region. · Sales strategy-Devise short term and long term country specific sales strategy. · Maximize business by exploring new business avenues/opening up of new markets in the region/ convert opportunistic market to potential markets. · Build and develop an organization that can provide sustainable growth. · Assist the marketing department in setting up the marketing strategy for the region.
