Job Description : SCM TANZANIA FOR NGO RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the development and implementation of the company's supply chain strategy. • Contribute to policy development, management, process improvement and oversight to support efficient processes • Build and manage a network of 3rd party service providers including transportation, warehousing, and other vendors. • Management of all aspects of sourcing and purchasing for bag, premix and dosifiers. • Management of all aspects of the warehouse and logistics workflows. • Management of all core operations teams. • Establish strong coordination between departments for all Organization distribution and financial processes. • Analyze data throughout the supply chain processes to find bottlenecks and other issues. www.linkedin.com/company/shugulika shugul ka REQUIREMENTS • 8+ years of significant supply chain expenence. • Strong management experience. • Significant experience leading and coordinating teams and individuals. • Strong analytical skills. • Ability to review, summarize, and communicate information especially graphically. • Effective communicator. •
