Regional Sales Manager

Job Description : REGIONAL SALES MANAGER WEST AFRICA · required for a leading Baby & Beauty Care Brand in the MEA Requirements · Required minimum 5 years experience of leading a sales team at a “General Manager” or “Country Level” in an FMCG company. · Candidate will be responsible to setup the entire sales structure while putting in new systems/processes/incentives to further increase the sales/efficiency. · In addition to recruiting new sales team, candidate will be required to evaluate/train/motivate existing sales team. · Candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO.
