Job Description : Chief Merchandising Officer for a leading Mumbai based retail chain. Our client has a strong market presence in both offline (over 800 locations) and online channels and has a successful business track record. I look forward to engaging with leaders in the merchandising function with a focus on building consumer connect and market direction while engaging with vendor partners. Candidates who have had exposure in managing categories such as Health/Wellness /Organic/Ayurvedic based products, & worked on pricing strategy and profitability while maintaining key focus on margin management and speed to market would be ideal fits for this role. Candidate must have high commercial focus and experience in Omni channel business will be an advantage.
