Job Description : GROUP CFO BAHRAIN Job Opening ID382 Industry Telecommunication Salary10,000 USD - 13,000 USD Per month • Bachelor studies in Accounting or Finance, MBA • CPA or CFA & costing degree Experience: • 15+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles • Industry experience: Large conglomerates, Telecom, Big 4 experience will be ideal Skills: • Significant leadership experience in delivering strategic direction to financial and accounting arena with outstanding skills in developing operational systems development. • Systems and Procedure implementation for better internal control • Understand finance and accounting flows as well transaction flow in ERP systems. • Good knowledge of regulatory compliance procedures and international finance. • Interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker with track record in better financial performance & enhanced systems for higher productivity • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a highly demanding and fast paced environment • Must be able to effectively work with non-finance colleagues across the organization • Hands on experience in ERP Oracle netsuite is preferred and financial software packages, MS Office, internet and e-mail applications • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Establish strong relation with the firm’s Managing Director, CEO, auditors, bankers, legal consultants, and other stake holders. • Financial reporting-variance & cost analysis • Strong work ethic, independent, flexible and demonstrated ability to work autonomously • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential. • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
