Job Description : Regional Director of Design (Architecture) UAE, Dubai Regional Director of Design to join an international design & engineering consultancy in Dubai. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the rnulti-disciplined design team and the delivery of high calibre designs on large scale complexand iconic projects across the GCC. This broad role requires an individual with proven design, operational, P&L, leadership, financial and technical responsibilities at a senior level. Responsibilities: - Ensure world class designs are delivered on all projects - In conjunction with the other Directors, work at a strategic level to grow and develop the business multi-functionally - Actively involved in Business Development - Provide leadership and rnentoring to the team - P&L responsibility for the division - Develop and nurture client relationships abd helps to develop strategies to meet and exceed clients' needs and expectations. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor degree in Architecture and ideally professionally registered. Possess strong experience of leading international and complex multi-disciplined projects in the region. Strategically minded with a strong commercial acurnen and proven leadership capabilities.
