Job Description : SALES HEAD GHANA FOR FMCD/CONSUMER DURABLES Company and the brand have become a world leader in electrical appliances,with in-depth expertise in a clearly focused range of products. It is a 50 years old home appliances company offering best household products, cooling technology and power solution across 4 continents and 75 countries providing unique, affordable and well designed products. You will be responsible for sales , distribution & promotions for ghana & franchophone countries thro team of locals sales for Consumer Durables category • Includes Market mapping • Develop new clients and increase customer base • Achieve sales and collection targets • Introduce new company products in market as and when desired • Maintain order status • Reconcile debtors • Target new areas of development for appliances • Develop retail options of appliances • To develop a strong dealer network and market penetration for the existing and new brand portfolio of consumer durable in the african market. Candidate Profile - Well qualified MBA from a reputable university with Marketing as a specialization and a minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in handling the entire sales and marketing division in Domestic Appliances and Consumer Durables industry with a background in the solar sector. Previous experience/achievement on conducting market research programs, new product development, development of the annual marketing plan, product launches, nationwide product promotions and PR campaigns, supervising sales and marketing team and coordinating with the external agencies. Experience in dealing with Non-Governmental Organizations, Corporate's as well as the consumer sector. - A good level of technical competence. - The vision to help grow the business substantially over the next 3 years. - Excellent working conditions and remuneration package with net savings for the right candidate. - French knowledge is an added advantage Salary Details: Attractive net of taxes offshore salary in USD and other expat perks + Local salary for monthly expenses + Family status accommodation, car with driver, medical insurance, annual air travel in economy class with 21 days leave
