Job Description : General Manager - Angola We manufacture and distribute PVC products in Angola. The ideal candidate with have 7 or more years experience leading a Company in the Plastics Manufacturing industry and will be technically well versed in the production and engineering aspects of the business. Requirements: Proven success within the industry of profitable management of a similar business within the industry Minimum 7 years experience in developing and executing successful business plans and strategies that have resulted in positive results for the shareholders. Technical knowlege and proficiency in production engineering, process, extrusion, quality management, cost control, budget management and market development Knowledge of the Angola market Strategizing business directions ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives. Formulating business plans for overall development & accomplishment of top-line and bottom-line. Perform comprehensive market analysis and develop marketing strategies for new product categories. Define pricing strategy, trade schemes to drive sales and accomplishment of targets. Post Graduate qualification in Production or related Engineering or Business Management.
