International Sales Head

Job Description : HEAD OF INTERNATIONAL SALES OUT OF MUMBAI This is for WAAREE GROUP Exp.: Min. 15 Yrs. Location: Borivali, Mumbai Reporting to : Vice President Note: Candidate must have exposure of USA Market. Basic 1) Able to handle a team of 4-5 International Manager each handling different continent/ geographical area and target of 100-150 Cr 3)Having Several years of experience in globally diversified international markets business development, international policy, international sales & marketing 4).Expert in new market identification, strategic thinking and overcoming concerns. 5) Expert in increasing sales & company's global market share and profitability. 6) Has an ability to manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points/Top Management /stakeholder 7) Dynamic / Energetic and self-motivated personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business, can handle high stress, fast-paced environments with emerging and multiple responsibilities and leading from the front. 8) Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations 9) High value dealing / order closer experience 10) Ability to work effectively with cross functional & cross border teams in large matrix organizations. 11) Can proficiently and remarkably represent company at various global platforms and can speak in the International Solar PV space for FICCI, CII, Inter solar, SPI, MNRE., ISA etc., worldwide. 12) Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction 13) Well acquainted with Sales CRM Tools 14) Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals 15) Solid understanding of the competitive market in order to realize how best to acquire and retain high-value consumers. 16) Establish industry leading initiatives that influence the position of the business in the industry, solidifying its position as a Global leader. 17) Preferably who have travelled abroad extensively and having in depth geographic knowledge for specific countries 18) Willingness to Travel globally in short notice and for as long as 1-1.5 month at one stretch Work experience 1) Should be in his past managed total accounts of at least 600-800 cr/ year 2) At least 5-10 years should have reported to the highest management Job Description Pre Sales - leading team in assessing, clarifying, and validating consumer needs on a regular basis, making customer specific strategies 1) Leads his team for scouting for information in the market / Appropriate Market intelligence 2) Leads his team in assessing, clarifying, and validating consumer needs on a regular basis. 3) Drives and develops account specific growth strategies and approaches 4) Making a Pre sales pitch with the QAP + all our credentials to suit our modules 5) presentations - company & products 6) Negotiating and closure , Value selling, Sales 1) Capable to handle annual target of 800-1000 Cr 2) Supporting team for Order approval/ commercial approval 3) Well acquitted with LC draft and completing most of the verifications before handing to finance 4) Negotiating with customer's bank if necessary to bring out the compliance 5) Appropriate Market intelligence 6) having good knowledge of Reading/ editing and negotiating international contracts and arbitration procedures Post Sales 3) Able to handle Customer compliant at the primary stage to avoid further hassle
