Business Head 

Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD NIGERIA P & L FOR FMCG 18+ years experience Lead the Sales function, Manufacturing / Production units, Finance, HR, Logistics. - Will handle end to end business for the country and will be responsible for entire P&L. - To provide leadership to the Field sales force and drive brilliant execution of sales and customer marketing activations. - To achieve agreed Distribution, Coverage, Visibility and Market Share targets. - Drive the sustainable commercial viability of the products, channels and channel partners within the country. - Forecasting of future sales volumes to assist with the commercial strategic plan. EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES: - Preferred MBA with Minimum 10+ years sales & marketing experience, with 5 years at senior level in a consumer goods environment - Extensive knowledge and understanding of working in growing economies - Understanding of Business/Channel/People Development - Knowledge of Manufcturing / Operations / SC Logistics - Exposure to Marketing strategies and brand management - Superior people manager should be able to motivate and be a strong leader with his organisational skills - Should have Sound written and verbal communication skills - Must have Leadership competencies to be able to Driving accountability and empowerment of Production, Finance, sales, & marketing team - Must Initiate, drive and energise with Business acumen and strategic focus - Should have ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment, Impact and influence
