Chief Operation Officer

Job Description : COO DUBAI The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights. The COO holds leadership oversight for all supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations, sales and marketing & meeting of objectives including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and team member engagement. The incumbent would align on the strategy for acquiring new advanced technology, design and execute a global sourcing strategy. Will optimize operations planning and align with the sales force on the delivery of products. Responsibility for operationalizing the company strategy and translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management and annual operating planning. Set up a state-of-the-art operation with robust processes. Continuous improvement in commercial functions. Minimum of 18 + years of experience as an operating executive with prior experience in the food/agribusiness. Additional experience in overseeing farms would be a major plus. Proven track-record in global sourcing and managing a business. Strategic planning and business development experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
