Finance Manager

Job Description : Finance Manager UAE strong, Self-Driven and highly motivated person for the position of Finance Manager with the post qualification experience of not less than 4 years out of which at least 2 years from Big-4 experience. Qualification- ACA/ACCA/CPA Job Description:  Preparation and review of MIS reports for banks and top management on regular basis.  Periodic review and validation of books of accounts.  Review of reconciliations of sales and cash flows.  Preparation, review and publishing monthly management reports.  Supervision of accounting team for posting of transactions, bank reconciliations, cheque preparation, documents preparation, sales and inter-company reconciliations.  Preparation of budgeted, actual cash flow and reporting to management on key updates.  Guiding team members for proper accounting of transactions on AR, AP, FA and General Ledger.  Preparation of financials as per IFRS.  Co-ordination with external auditors from engagement till release of Audit reports.  Coordination with legal team for any financial matters having legal implications.  Preparation and review of Finance department Policies and Procedures.
