Team player with good track record of performance Innovative to make strategies to push into retail market Experience in Institutional sales is preferred Travel extensively Effectively handles and motivates the team to achieve the desired objectives Manage Key Accounts effectively Experience in African market is added advantage Ensure that employees follow the company standards, policies and strategies. Coordinate with Management in planning short and long term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower.
