Commercial Head

Job Description : COMMERCIAL HEAD MALAYSIA FOR BUILDING MATERIALS The Head of Commercial reports directly to the Country Head, you will be responsible to grow the business in China and increase profitability. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Formulating and implementing strategies to achieve both sales targets and company's objectives -Building and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing clients to increase company's market share -Managing product forecasting to reduce inventory costs and improve overall plant efficiency -Establish and continually reinforce highest standard and codes of conduct to safeguard customer service excellence -Lead, guide and develop the local sales team to ensure strong understanding of client business and promote product awareness The Successful Applicant -MSc or BSc in Engineering with at least 10 years of robust sales experience in the building materials industry -A proven track record in achieving business objectives in a very competitive environment -Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mind-set -Robust client network and thorough understanding of the legal framework -Willingness to travel and previous assignment in Malaysia would be a plus
