Job Description : MD VIETNAM FOR PAPER PLANT one of the leading manufacturers of paper products. Job Description The role is based in Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City, and reports directly to the CEO Asia. You will have full P&L responsibility of the client's subsidiary company in Vietnam. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Responsible for increasing and strengthening market share and opportunities within the local business · Develop, coordinate and implement business plans and monitor targets · Ensure all business activities and local financial reporting to follow local laws and regulations · Support the operations and supply chain leaders in further developing lead-times, quality and cost competitiveness through operational excellence initiatives · Represent the company as first brand ambassador in your market towards local and international authorities, institutions, suppliers, customers and partners The Successful Applicant · The ideal candidate should possess a MSc or BSc in Business, Engineering or related field with preferred completion of MBA · You have minimum 10 years of sales or product management experience in the paper and packaging industry · You are currently in a P&L responsibility role in Vietnam and you have a proven leadership experience covering both commercial and operational functions · You demonstrate strong people skills, and possess a robust combination of technical expertise, business acumen and can-do attitude
