RICS Commercial Manager

Job Description : RICS Senor Cost / Commercial Managers SAR 55K per month. Riyadh. KSA a leading Construction Consultancy firm and are involved in a number of major PIF programmes to offer pre and post contract cost and commercial services to Multi Billion$ programmes. They have a number of prestigious real estate developments in progress and are pending award on others and as such require a strong pre contract commercial managers at senior and intermediate to work in the team to help develop key pre contract stages of this development. Roles are in the pre-contract/procurement department, From PMC perspective. Candidates will need; Covering from inception to contract award, including, Tenders / RFP, cost estimating/ budgets cost planning through all design stages, cost reporting etc. Degree in Quantity Surveying. Min 15 years for Senior and 10 years experience for Intermediate level. Worked in Consultancy only. Tier 1 Global Firm. 5 years in the UAE, MENA region. RICS is a must. Experienced in Real Estate Pre contract development.
