Job Description : SALES AND MARKETING HEAD NIGERIA FOR FMCG ( PERSONAL AND ORAL CARE) No. of YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 15 Year + AGE BRACKET:40 year + ANY SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENT: Experience in FMCG sector preferably in Oral or personal care .(preferred) AFRICA experience must Role: Leadership role to drive business growth in new products in FMCG and Agri sector . and Business growth strategies in existing and New products. while focussing on establishing Brand as road for future products. Key Result areas: - Revenue - Margin - Collections - Brand building(market share) - Customer satisfaction Index: Channel partners, end users) Responsibility: - Understand Market survey and customer needs - Build key growth strategies, tactics and action plans. - Successfully execute strategy for products, Pricing, Promotion, profitability, Packaging, Place. - Ensuring up sales realisation and cash flow strictly in line with strategy. - Setting distribution channel and coordinate with Operations to ensure availability in line with market demand - Build team to execute strategy across geography(Nigeria) - Establish and nurture Brand for future Growth. - Keep updated on latest technology, changes in demand and factors affecting sales and profit. - Developing relationships with clients - Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets - Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events - Maximising new business development opportunities. - Preparation and sharing of MIS reports with Board periodicaly. Skills required: - Excellent sales and negotiation skills - Good business sense - The ability to motivate and lead a team - Initiative, drive and enthusiasm - Excellent communication skills - Good planning and organisational skills - The ability to work calmly under pressure - Good IT, budget and report writing skills
