Commercial Head

Job Description : A Global Indian Pharma leader, with a 30+ year history of unprecedented growth, are looking to hire a Seasoned Commercial leader from Pharma industry, to lead from the front and head their Cardiovascular portfolio. Company clocks an Annual revenue of more than USD 1.5 BN and have an employee strength of 15000+ globally. Candidate should bring with them more than 16 years’ experience in Pharma Sales & Marketing (Cardiovascular background), Strategic acumen, Stakeholder management, Excellent communication skills, should be Stable & Aspirational. He/she should have regularly achieved business growth. This role involves managing a team of 400+ sales & marketing professionals, so you need to be a people's person, with empathy and team management as your key strengths. Due to the current Covid situation, candidate can be based out of their base location for sometime, though will be required to relocate to their HO in the future.
