Regional Project Manager

Job Description : REGIONAL PROJECT GM APAC OUT OF MALAYSIA a multinational integrated logistics company. They are constantly reinventing and challenging themselves to keep ahead of consumer needs and remain competitive in the market. In line with their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Regional Project GM to manage their existing and new assigned local partner across APAC. Roles and Responsibilities The Regional Project GM is required to have a strong market insight across APAC and able to recommend credible players in the logistics or supply chain industries to be assessed as franchise candidates at the first tier and second tier levels. As a project owner, you will responsible for the franchise and brand successes by employing cross-functional engagement strategies and exploring new and innovative approach. The roles and responsibilities include the following but not limited to: · Act as an advisor or business partner and responsible for the end to end new branch set up. · Monitoring overall branch end to end business operations include marketing, quality management, public relations, finance and logistics operation matters. · Responsible for overall branches performance review and KPI achievement. · Visit proposed franchise locations and meet with prospective franchisees to discuss minimum and non-negotiable operating standards for their compliance · Implement the franchising standards and bonds as developed by business development. · Liaise with the headquarter to provide informational support to drive KPIs and to manage Franchisee to drive KPI Qualifications · Minimum 10 years of working experience in logistics and supply chain industries – with minimum 5 years of experiences in the senior management team. · Experience in managing logistics franchise business is a must. · Experience in both logistics operation and sales/business development/marketing. · Experience in regional exposure will be an advantage for the screening process. · Excellence stakeholder management to both internal and external parties. · Able to work independently and willing to do the ground works · Willing to travelling for work purpose · Excellence in problem solving
