Job Description : HR MANAGER NIGERIA 15-20 years experience The HR Manager will lead all HRs practices and objectives in line with the business objectives of the organisation. Develop, guide and evaluate Human Resource strategic decisions of the company that will impact the business Create and maintain effective manpower schedules, protocols and oversee manpower planning initiatives that best align with company business goals. Handle and oversee the behavioral, disciplinary and employee relation aspects of all members. Liaise and communicate with employees on all levels of the organization chart on all relevant issues. The profile of the candidate should be _ Graduate with a post graduate degree in HR From a reputed institute, 15 years experience in large size organisation with a turnover of 2000 crores of multiple business. Stability in career and proven track record of effective organization, communication and administrative skills necessary to develop and manage the personnel, financial and physical resources of the HR department. Should be able to operate effectively and efficiently in a continually developing and changing workplace context and be capable of motivating others to embrace change .
