Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER GHANA A reputable OMC wishes to invite applications for the role of an Operations Manager. *Summary of Job Roles:* • Oversees the smooth running of the all service Stations within the country. • Liaises with officers at the depot to ensure timely distribution of products to the stations as at when products are needed. • Responsible for all developmental projects at the stations. • Liaises between the company and station dealers in handling complaints. • Leads a team in scouting for land and dealership stations. • Designs and implements marketing and promotional strategies required to improve sales at the various stations. • Sets sales targets and monitors sales performance at the various stations. • Responsible for prospecting corporate clients while ensuring business continuity with existing corporate clients. *Competencies and Qualification* : Must possess a Master’s Degree in either Supply chain management or Procurement/Logistics. Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the petroleum industry. A professional certification is an added advantage.
