Assistant General Manager

Job Description : AGM SALES NIGERIA · Responsible of sales and marketing of the products and sending quotations, final negotiations, taking care of all logistics, follow up for the payment's collections and evaluating quality related issues. · Timely submission of sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. · Regular interaction with customers and buyers and retention of customers. · Managing the sales team and achieve sales targets successfully. · Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. · Strong business sense and industry expertise. · Designing Sales strategy and setting targets for the team · Deliver promotional events as required for new and existing programs · Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales staff · Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability · Mapping client's requirement and providing them advisory services. · Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the budget and activities associated with sales and marketing. · Identify opportunities through market research and networking, and develop a marketing approach tailored to meet the needs of the client. · Establish key performance indicators for the sales and marketing role and monitor/report · Develop pricing strategies and negotiate price and service levels with customers · Lead the initiation and negotiation of contractual agreements with customers to manage product storage and distribution. · Liaise between the company and the client to resolve customer complaints Desired Candidate Profile Education- B.tech (Ceramics) with minimum 8yrs experience in refractory industry Industry TypeCeramics, Sanitary ware
