Job Description : General Manager For Real Estate , Operations , Project Management , Construction Management , Immediate Start An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and smart General Manager to join the team for a corporate house based out of Mysore, Karnataka with business interests in real estate development, retail, hospitality, co-living, property management services and entertainment. The overall responsibilities include: • Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and coaching. • Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations and maximize investments. • Builds company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
