Job Location: Dubai Experience:10-15 years Nationality: Indian Education: Charted Accountant Job Description :- Experience in Debt Raising Arranging Short Term Funding Mortgage Finance Arrangement Liaising with all banks for new and current facility for the project Monitoring of covenants compliances for the facility for the project Monitoring of covenants compliances for the facilities in place Tracking of milestones and follow up with the development and marketing team. Cash flow planning and management Consolidating escrow cash flow with overall cash flow Evaluating various payment plans Coordination with Financial Consultants Review of facilities documentations for existing facilities and new facilities Liaising with lawyers and bankers for facilities documentation Interest working and quarterly settlement Restructuring facilities Refinancing project
