Job Description : COMMERCIAL MANAGER DRILLING NIGERIA 18+ years experience · Spear head of Entire Drilling Activities Of Drill Rigs Review and verify invoices and purchase requisitions, For the drilling Tubular, Bits, Spare Parts Of machine and Consumables Such as Polymer, mud, oils, etc. work orders, consumption and other reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak and slow delivery periods to optimize work assignments. · Should also have exposure to commercial aspects such as -- Procurement, vendor management , Quotations, Vendor Negotiation. · Preparation of bills of allowances and salaries to the Drilling Crews Fortnightly and monthly, Then arrange for their payment · Giving Technical Suggestions to the site team for the smooth drilling Operations · Ensure compliance with quality systems QA/QC norms, procedures, Cost and Budgetary controls / statutory requirements. · Monitor and manage efficient receipt, storage, delivery, and distribution of products or materials · To reduce cost operations by optimizing productivity through assessment of equipment performance. · Identify critical activities and take necessary measures to ensure timely completion of the project · Organize with all department managers and consolidate the weekly / monthly reports for higher management · Conduct Training Drilling Crews of the entire team for motivation and sustained performance · Performance improvement, monitoring Team Members · Resolving issues and conflicts within the team. · Taking timely decisions, leading to betterment for the Company.
