Service Engineer

Job Description : SERVICE ENGINEER JEDDAH, KSA Trading & Contracting Company in Jeddah is looking for Service Engineer : Job Purpose • He will be responsible for the complete service activities of Epiroc Machines in the assigned territory and supports. Key Accountabilities • Training and Coaching of customer Maintenance personnel. • Route Cause Analysis on repetitive failures. • Assembly & Commissioning of Drill Rigs (Direct or via Distributors) • Installed fleet mapping • Support customer with suggested stocking guides • Forward customer feedback and any leads on new equipment requirements • Support in promotion of Equipment / component rebuilds • Promote and carry out routine audits • After hours and standby duties as and when required. Competency Requirements • Relevant trade certificate, Degree/Diploma or equivalent • Must have experience on the Atlas Copco range of Drill rigs • Experience on Hydraulic Drill Rigs • Electrical & mechanical experience • Experience in Hydraulic systems • Computer literate • Good product knowledge • Experience in report formatting and writing • Must be self-driven and able to work within a team Working Conditions On-site/Workshop
