Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD MIDDLE EAST FOR WHITE GOODS OUT OF DUBAI · To grow product sales by developing, expanding through dealers and other channels. · Manage Power Retailers, Dealers and Principals Position Responsibilities: Product Management: · Achieving sales targets set by management · Achieving P&L target by means of effective negotiation with Principals/Channel partners · Managing orders and sell-out effectively to minimize · Planning product Mix, providing market requirement feedback, sourcing and negotiating with Principle · Internal reporting – maintaining and summarizing Sales/Inventory/Profit reports on periodic basis and sharing same with Top Management and Finance Dept. · Negotiating & ensuring proper budgets from Principals and effective settlement of Sales Programs and price support (Budget Management). Sales Management: Customer Relationship Management · Improve customer service relationships and assist in customer retention and drive sales Growth. · Interacting with owners, Purchase manager at Dealer outlets and Buyer at power retailer HO. · Negotiations on Rebates and selective Dealer’s annual agreements. · Generating business from key accounts by building the right relationships with key account partners, ensuring growth in these accounts by being part of their network expansion plan Sales Target / Achievement · Planning Annual and monthly targets salesperson wise for entire region. · Review of monthly sales targets for entire team on weekly basis. · Ensures achievement of sales & receivable Region wise targets. Management policy and Goals. · Aligning with company sales policy and strategies. · Ensuring team for range selling of proper product mix for maximizing profitability. · Ensuring timely phasing-in / phasing-out of products to avoid obsolescence. Competitors Report / Display. · Monitoring competition activities and promotions. · Maintain display matrix for existing models and grab opportunities for new model display. Account Receivable · Ensures Payments are collected regularly within the time limit as per the company policy. · Structured, clear and concise dealings, helping the team in successfully bringing down the market Outstanding which in turn reduced the liability of the company and increased the profitability in business operations.
