Procurement and Logistics Head

Job Description : Head, Procurement and Logistics Location: Lagos very strong procurement and logistics professionals with at least 10-15years experience in shipping, importation and international logistics preferably within the FMCG, Maritime or Transport sectors. Some of the key functions of the role are: Ensure the logistic follow-up of importations in coordination with different stakeholders. Overall objectives are to reduce lead times, costs and extend visibility on delivery timelines Maintaining international procurement requirements for the Company from preparation bid/tender documents, receipt and analysis of offers, appointment of suppliers, coordination of acceptance tests with technical teams, etc. Ensure that procurement documentation is properly compiled and utilized among other duties as required for the optimum functionality of the role.
