Job Description : REGIONAL DISTRIBUTOR MANAGER EAST ASIA a privately held US-based health care manufacturer, seller and distributor of 350,000 products in 90 countries. They generate close to US20bn in revenues, have experienced 45 years of consecutive growth, and employ 23,000 people. Job Description The Regional Distributor Manager will manage and develop current distributors in the region to support segment growth. o They will identify and develop new products and manage each stage of the process through to take to market. o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and promotional programs for existing products to include product strategy development, pricing strategy, collateral creation and brand management. Your passion for it will only help to accelerate your success and opportunity. · Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. · Relevant Work Experience: The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of marketing, sales, product management or clinical practice experience in the health care industry. Preferably they will also have experience with disposable products sold in the Catheter laboratory. They will have experience with managing distributors and negotiating with outside vendors and internal resources. Finally, they will also bring experience in collecting and analysing financial data.
